Abrostine Sempremai gets its name from a word of local dialect used to describe a hope for which there is no certainty—like tomorrow, for the future, for life. Sempremai is made by enologist Federico Staderini in his biodynamic winery located in Santa Felicita in the Tuscan countryside of Casentino.
Dark and intense, generous and deep with purple notes of amarena cherry. On the nose, it is herbaceous and peppery with notes of wild Tuscan herbs. In the mouth, it is full of personality with a distinct and persistent character. It pairs wonderfully with spicy dishes and fatty or grilled meats.
